We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As an accredited Life & Wealth Advisor, you will provide integrated life insurance planning and advice to your clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships, you will connect with clients through discovery to understand their life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice that aligns with their current and changing needs. You will promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment, meeting clients when it is most convenient for them.

As a key member of our team, you will develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant customer tools/electronic forms. Your contribution to the team's sales success will be driven by achieving individual sales goals, increasing external networks through market opportunities, and capitalizing on referrals from approved centres of influence.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree or equivalent
  • Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude and strong ambition to succeed
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or the willingness to complete
  • 1-2+ years' professional sales experience in the Insurance Industry
  • An existing network of referrals and approved centres of influence
  • Digital literacy using a variety of systems and tools
