Sales Leadership and Enablement Manager

Responsibilities- Drive sales organization cost objectives, contributing to EBITDA goals.
- Develop and maintain sales performance metrics.
- Provide accurate statistics and reports on sales activities and cost per product line.
- Identify and address performance issues within the sales team.
Sales Performance Management: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, creating and delivering actionable reports to senior management.
Sales Enablement: Lead initiatives ensuring the sales team has the necessary tools, content, and training to succeed.
New Account Manager Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, providing training and resources to ensure new account managers meet performance expectations.
Team Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to track team performance, forecasts, goals, and objectives.
Sales Incentive Programs: Implement programs to motivate the team.
Requirements- Proven experience in sales management and sales operations with a track record of success in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A competitive base salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
