Job Summary

The Leasing Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in the management and rental operations of residential properties. Reporting to the Property Manager, this position is responsible for performing administrative duties and coordinating activities related to leasing and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process leasing applications, contracts, and other documents.
  • Conduct credit, reference, and employment checks for resident applicants.
  • Ensure positive resident relations by maintaining open communication and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Assist with market research and data analysis to inform leasing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to achieve leasing goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in office administration, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents and colleagues.
  • Bilingual in French and English (required).
