Job Summary

The Leasing Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in the management and rental operations of residential properties. Reporting to the Property Manager, this position performs administrative duties and coordinates activities to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate leasing activities, including preparing applications, processing resident applications, and conducting credit and reference checks.
  • Assist with resident relations, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including leasing contracts and resident information.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure effective property management and rental operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide research data to inform leasing decisions.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in office administration, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with excellent communication and customer service expertise.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in sending emails.
  • Bilingual in French and English (required).
