Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member or department.
- Take detailed messages and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and process customer payments, customer accounts, and petty cash.
- Update and distribute dealership telephone listings as necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and customer waiting area.
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested.
- Coordinate Dealer Trade pick-ups and inventory maintenance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a reception/customer service role.
- Previous experience working in a dealership setting is an asset.
- Ability to prepare business memos, letters, and other documents.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain filing systems and databases.
