Role Overview
This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, serving as a key liaison between the Senior Leadership Team and functional leaders across all geographies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, reporting, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, including preparation of documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence materials.
- Assist with the preparation of draft reports, background documentation, and research to inform business decisions.
- Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible experience.
- 5 years of direct work experience, with a strong background in financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a high degree of computer literacy.
- Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude, with a high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills, with the ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with a high level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.
Work Conditions
