Pulp Division Executive Administrative Specialist

Role Overview
This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, providing critical support to the Senior Leadership Team and functional leaders across all geographies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, reporting, and decision-making skills, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective information exchange.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and office management support to the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence materials, requiring strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Prepare draft reports, background documentation, and research, leveraging financial acumen and analytical expertise.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field, combined with 5 years of direct work experience.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude, with high resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills, with previous experience handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with high sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.
- Previous experience in project management and Lean Manufacturing Techniques is an asset.
Work Conditions
- Some travel and weekend work may be required, necessitating flexibility and adaptability.
