Job Title: Operations Manager - Plumbing and HVAC Wholesale Industry

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in the plumbing and HVAC wholesale industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and technical competencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth within their branch's market position, providing leadership and guidance to their team, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Review reports and develop action plans to increase your branch's sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Your Team: Participate in recruitment, selection, and development of your team to drive growth within your branch's market position.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure work is conducted in compliance with Health and Safety Policies and legislation.
  • Technological Competence: Utilize technological software to prepare reports, presentations, input employee information, and process employee requests.
  • Safety First: Routinely inspect your workplace and your team's work habits with a focus on improving safety standards and procedures.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years' managerial experience with a demonstrated record of strong leadership and motivational ability.
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in Plumbing/HVAC wholesale industry with established experience in sales.
  • Strong understanding of business acumen and technical competencies in preparing budgets, reading financial reports, and analyzing data.
  • Knowledge and experience in change management of operational procedures.
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-focused and results-oriented environment.
  • Experience with conflict-resolution and problem-solving in an environment with multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.
Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
