About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to co-own and scale a marketing powerhouse with The Growth Mantra. As our Cofounder with investments, you will be the face of the company, leading client acquisition, building powerful client relationships, and driving brand visibility.

You will work side-by-side with our founder to shape and execute strategies that deliver measurable growth for our clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned business development lead, business growth head, or marketing agency founder who is passionate about client handling and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract high-value clients, crafting custom pitches that showcase the magic of The Growth Mantra.
  • Implement and lead strategies to drive client acquisition and retention across channels, leveraging LinkedIn, partnerships, and your network.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, exceeding their expectations and creating value-driven partnerships.
  • Represent The Growth Mantra with pride, promoting our services across social media, virtual events, and industry forums.
  • Co-create marketing strategies with our founder to boost visibility and build a memorable brand image.
