Job Summary:

  • Compile reports for annual audits and external parties
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop annual budgets and review them annually
  • Assist with treasury management and related compliance tasks
  • Support costing initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and timely financial records
  2. Analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  4. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and legislative requirements
  5. Provide administrative support to the accounting team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Professional accounting designation or working towards it considered an asset
  • Previous experience in an accounting environment considered an asset
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
