We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our fee processing activities.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in financial operations, fee processing, billing, or a related role, and possess strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools is also preferred.

In this role, you will assist in the monthly fee run, collaborate with Information Technology (IT) to ensure fees are calculated and posted correctly in all fee-based accounts, and reconcile daily, bi-weekly, and monthly fee transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

You will also support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to fee processing activities. Additionally, you will ensure all fee processing activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of $$$55,000 - $65,000 per year***, depending on location, as well as a range of benefits, including training reimbursement and a corporate discount program.

Our company operates in a hybrid work environment, offering flexibility for employees to work remotely and in the office. As part of this arrangement, all employees are required to be present in the office for a minimum of three days per week.
