Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our employees
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content
  • Facilitate group and individual training sessions, leveraging various delivery methods
  • Develop onboarding programs for new employees, providing a seamless transition into our organization
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Learning & Development or Adult Education
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate training, with a focus on adult learning principles
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and eLearning design tools
