About the Role

The Training Development Specialist plays a vital role in driving organizational growth and development by designing and implementing effective training programs. This position is responsible for identifying skill gaps and developing targeted training initiatives to enhance business performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Manage the training budget and resources
  • Design and deliver training programs for various skill levels and departments
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, training, or organizational development
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
