Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all necessary details are communicated to relevant parties.

Communication and Reception

Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Administrative Tasks

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and order office supplies as needed.

Client Support

Provide ongoing support to clients after sales, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.

Language and Work Environment

English language proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
