Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Secretary to join our team at A99 INTERNATIONAL INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Financial Administration: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Screening and Evaluation: Participate in the screening process by asking relevant questions to potential candidates.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
