Job Description
At Bayshore HealthCare, we are seeking a skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This critical customer service role is responsible for answering service inquiries and scheduling field employees to client care assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families
- Schedule field employees for client care assignments
- Respond to service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in keyboarding and Windows scheduling software
