Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and colleagues
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries for employees and clients
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including typing and proofreading correspondence and documents
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
