Job Title: Client Service Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families, while also ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering service inquiries and responding to client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Scheduling field employees to client care assignments and ensuring seamless transitions
- Providing support and guidance to clients and their families, as needed
- Collaborating with our team to ensure the highest level of service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in keyboarding and Windows scheduling software
- Ability to operate all standard office equipment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as French in Branch Offices that provide service to French-speaking clients
