Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at Diaplan Financial Service Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance and insurance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance and insurance team, including arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Communication: Open and distribute mail and other materials, and respond to telephone calls and messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, as well as electronic scheduling and accounting software.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Working Conditions

  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
