The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in leading teams and implementing operational procedures. They will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures, as well as balancing cash and completing balance sheets and related forms.

Additional responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, costing products and services, and organizing and maintaining inventory. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are followed and negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. They will be a team player with a client-focused approach and a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are available when needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
