Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Burger King Restaurant. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and quality food.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 staff members, including kitchen and food service helpers, and ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures;
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation;
- Hire and manage food service staff;
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and labor costs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently;
- Basic security clearance and bondability.
