Hospital Security Officer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Healthcare Security Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors in our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor patient safety reports and communicate with Protective Services and Clinical staff
- Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance, utilizing de-escalation techniques to maintain order
- Enforce safety codes, regulations, and procedures, handling confidential information with discretion
- Screen visitors and clients, maintaining a professional demeanor
- Log and report incidents, maintaining detailed records of patient interactions
- Availability for varied shifts, including overnight and weekend assignments
- Ability to travel throughout assigned zones, with a valid class 5 license and own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain site logs
- Discretion when handling confidential information, with the ability to perform under pressure
