- Answering Telephone Calls: Respond to incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Recording and Reporting Accurate Details: Accurately record and report all incidents, events, and security-related activities.
- Greeting and Screening Visitors: Greet and screen all visitors, ensuring that they are authorized to be on the premises.
- Foot Patrols and Standing Duties: Conduct regular foot patrols and stand at designated posts to maintain a visible presence and deter potential security threats.
- Representing Securiguard: Represent Securiguard and our clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Superior Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Keen Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Alberta Security License: Possess a valid Alberta Security License.
- First Aid/CPR: Possess a valid First Aid/CPR certification.
- WHIMS: Possess a valid WHIMS certification.
- Previous Security Experience: Possess previous experience in security, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
- Ability to Work Flexible Hours: Be able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
