Job Summary:

U-Haul is seeking a highly skilled Reservation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and distribution of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management.
  • Review reports to ensure effective placement of equipment and customer reservations.
  • Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and software.
  • Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
