We are seeking a full-time Administrative Support Coordinator to support our solid waste line of business out of our Charlottetown, PE site.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the branch with regards to company communications, report preparation, correspondence, and the maintenance and organization of files. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, email, or web inquiries.
  • Maintain and manage payroll processes on-site.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns within established guidelines.
  • Track customer information and enter data into databases.
  • Research and complete customer refunds for approval before submission to Accounts Receivable.
  • Maintain new account files and distribute customer account inquiries received via email.
  • Process payments via phone and enter vendor invoices for payment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
