We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canproys Associates Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail and other materials, and determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform data entry
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Support for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youths, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language
