Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Markham Centre Financial Services Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Advise senior management
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
