Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening
  • Coordinate training sessions and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the Health and Safety department to ensure a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with HR software and systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
