Job Title: National Account Manager

Christian Dior Perfumes is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our National Account Team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our direct-to-consumer brick and mortar launch and business evolution, as well as the development and account management of our wholesale-to-concession conversion retailer(s).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and seasonal promotional calendars to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key retailers and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of account plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and providing recommendations to optimize business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales Planning, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on retail performance, ranking, and market trends.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or direct-to-consumer planning in the luxury beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful account plans and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
