Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Leader to join our team at Recruitment Partners Inc. in Alberta.
This is a full-time position that requires a post-secondary degree in Human Resources and 5+ years of experience in a HR role, including leadership experience with a team of direct reports.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Job Description:- Manage and provide direction to the Human Resources team, ensuring tasks are completed according to projected timelines and adhere to best practice values, priorities, and guiding principles.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities for multiple departments, maintaining an understanding of the unique needs and functions of each department.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources leadership team on the creation or revision of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources
- 3+ years of leadership experience, including leading a team of direct reports
- Strong knowledge of applicable employment legislation
- Strong leadership skills with recognized strength in leading and engaging teams
