Human Resources Business Leader

At The Home Depot Canada, we're looking for a leader who can inspire and empower our team to deliver exceptional results.
Position Purpose: As a Store Human Resources Manager, you'll be responsible for building a high-performing workforce that drives business success through the Home Depot values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that drive associate engagement and retention
- Oversee workforce planning, including talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
- Support leaders in implementing change initiatives and responding to challenges
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Participate in weekly business walks to enhance selling and service behaviors
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
- Broad knowledge and experience across various HR disciplines
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others, and customer service driven
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
