Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Human Resources to join our team at Thermal Systems. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for contributing to all functions within the company, with a focus on developing and executing HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and organization development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies to drive business results
  • Lead talent acquisition and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
  • Manage performance management and compensation programs to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to foster a high-performance, high-care culture

Qualifications:

  • Appropriate combination of experience and education necessary to successfully lead
  • Highly regarded HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations, leadership development, talent management, and organization development
  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience, either leading a team or as an individual contributor working directly with a leadership team
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and proven ability to influence and build relationships
