The Customer Experience Lead is a key member of our store team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving top-line sales. As a values-based leader, you will inspire and motivate our associates to provide outstanding service and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct associates on the sales floor to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Coach associates in the moment to improve sales skills and customer service.
- Support operational excellence by maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability.
- Act as a front-line supervisor, assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of required actions.
Requirements:
- Passion for Victoria's Secret Brand.
- Excellent merchandising skills.
- Experience reviewing business reports and insights to achieve results.
- Self-awareness with a desire to seek feedback and improve.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
- Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
- Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
What We Offer:
Victoria's Secret & Co offers a competitive salary range of $18.50 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and location. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
