Job Summary

A Victoria's Secret & Co Customer Experience Lead is a values-based leader who drives exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow top-line sales. This role reports to either the Store Manager or the Customer Experience Manager based on store volume.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personally selling.
Conduct associate observations and coaching to ensure a high-performing team.
Manage labor hours to drive top-line sales and profit.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure a cohesive brand appearance.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of required actions.

Requirements:

Passion for Victoria's Secret Brand.
Excellent merchandising skills.
Ability to review business reports and take immediate action to achieve results.
Self-awareness with a desire to seek feedback and improve.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of retail experience.
Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties.

Compensation:

Minimum Salary: $18.50
Maximum Salary: $23.00
