Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at John Brooks Company. As a Bilingual Customer Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude. You will work closely with our internal teams to expedite critical orders and provide feedback on order and shipment status.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple demands and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to expedite critical orders and provide feedback on order and shipment status
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any discrepancies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • College diploma in a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Minimum 1-3 years of related experience in B2B customer service
  • Advanced computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple demands and priorities
