Strategic Sales Manager

Solaris Business Development C is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, organizing, training, and managing staff, as well as assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide customer service, coach, and manage events. They will also have the ability to multitask, work accurately, and manage time effectively.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to have 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing environment, with a strong understanding of MS Office, spreadsheets, and word processing software. You will also need to have knowledge of area of work experience in marketing and area of specialization in communications, community campaign, and sales.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a permanent contract with 30 hours of work per week. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
