Job SummaryThe Business Development Director will be responsible for driving sales growth, forging lasting business relationships, and crafting strategic marketing and sales plans to ensure our continued success. This is a strategic role within the organization, requiring a highly organized and autonomous individual who can create and maintain a continuous stream of leads and collaborate with our Sales and Marketing department to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and close complex sales cycles with business managers, CEOs, and CFOs
- Develop and nurture a steady pipeline of accredited investors and build relationships with investors, wealth managers, and other partners
- Create and maintain a continuous stream of leads and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing department
- Owning the end-to-end process of building relationships with leading industry partners
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with high-volume prospecting and outreach to targeted accounts
- Experience with implementing alliances and partnerships to increase brand awareness and sales
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business degree (undergraduate or graduate level)
- Superior communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging during interactions
- Motivated to train on a market-leading digital investment platform
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM systems
- Past sales training experience with energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
- Ability to capture an audience during presentations
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
