At 4Refuel, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in their designated region. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team and drive business growth.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The Senior Business Development Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and guiding a team of Fuel Consultants to achieve sales targets and exceed performance metrics;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate departments, business partners, and customers;
  • Creating and implementing effective sales plans, policies, and programs to drive business growth;
  • Managing costs and ensuring profitability within sales operations;

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success in sales management and business development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of three to five years of direct work experience in a senior sales management capacity;
