Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Halal Meat Farms Inc. in a permanent full-time position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery.
  • Train and develop staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide technical advice to improve operations.
  • Coordinate and assign work, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The work involves handling heavy loads, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.

Language and Work Conditions:

The language of work is English, and the work conditions include working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Security and Safety:

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check and credit check.
