Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Halal Meat Farms Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and control of inventory levels.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to meet customer demands.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and operational performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of inventory control specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of inventory management tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, proactive
