Position Overview
Kenny U-Pull is currently seeking a Store Manager for its Hamilton location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Oversight:
    Manage automotive inventory and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments; collaborate with the local marketing team to address the specific needs of customers; handle transactions related to the sale of pre-owned vehicles; oversee the merchandising of the branch (including tires, batteries, fluids, etc.).
  • Operational Management:
    Ensure the efficient daily operations of the facility; actively participate in site operations as needed.
  • Team Leadership:
    Conduct quarterly performance evaluations with staff; manage employee schedules; oversee financial and material resources; ensure the upkeep and management of the facility; monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies and action plans to meet objectives.

Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership and demonstrate effective stress management skills.
