About the Role- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit goals
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, including sales managers and account executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; MBA is highly desirable
- 10-12 years of experience in sales management in a consulting, high-tech, or service-related industry
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
- Strong leadership skills in teamwork and communication across multiple organizations
- Ability to motivate teams to produce results within tight timeframes
A competitive salary range is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a bonus structure based on individual and team performance, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
