Executive Sales Leadership Opportunity

This senior leadership position oversees the development and execution of sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth in the Canadian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and driving business results through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, including sales managers and account executives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; MBA is highly desirable
  • 10-12 years of experience in sales management in a consulting, high-tech, or service-related industry
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
  • Strong leadership skills in teamwork and communication across multiple organizations
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce results within tight timeframes
What We Offer

A competitive salary range is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a bonus structure based on individual and team performance, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
