Finance Internship with National Bank of Canada

Job Description:
As a finance intern at National Bank, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced professionals in various teams, including Financial Performance Management, Financial Markets Accounting and Subsidiaries, and Real Estate Business Strategy. Your responsibilities may include enhancing sustainable bond programs, participating in ESG disclosure, improving SQL/SAP/Excel analysis environments, setting up or improving Excel analysis tools, and developing dashboards. You will also participate in capital monitoring calculations, analyze revenues and expenses, evaluate client profitability, optimize methods and simplify disclosure and management analysis, and automate tasks related to real estate business strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or current graduate study in a relevant discipline such as sustainable development, economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, data, or business analytics. You should also possess strong analytical skills and a good understanding of financial concepts, as well as advanced Excel skills.
