Job Title: Senior National Accounts Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Accounts Manager, Strategic Partnerships to lead our business development efforts in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key insurance partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute business growth strategies
  • Manage and optimize sales performance across the insurance segment
  • Mentor and coach a team of sales managers to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the development of innovative digital strategies to drive business growth

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in a similar role at a national level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a structured approach
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
