Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of senior advisors who will support change management for major projects in Enterprise Architecture and Information Security, collaborating with colleagues from Operations, IT Alliance, Employee Experience, and business lines.
  • Establish and implement the change management and communication strategy for the National Bank Cybersecurity portfolio.
  • Define, align, integrate, and pace change management across various areas (Cyber Strategies, talent strategy, cross-functional and/or technological initiatives) to form a coherent whole.
  • Support, coach, and equip change management sponsors of major cross-functional initiatives and partners to ensure a common framework is adopted and teams remain focused on priorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree related to the field and ten years of relevant experience - Experience in change management and communication.
  • Experience in personnel management (mobilizing and collaborating).
  • Ability to influence stakeholders - Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to provide documented and informed recommendations to executives.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, flexible group insurance, generous pension plan, opportunities to get involved in community initiatives, and a virtual sleep clinic.

You will be part of a dynamic team of about forty colleagues in the Information Security Office sector, reporting directly to the Senior Director. Our team stands out for its collaboration, quality work, and solution-oriented approach in various projects.
