Key Responsibilities
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business operations
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks to support business operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
