BISHT COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES LTD is seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Communication
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel
    • Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Administrative Support
    • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Customer Service
    • Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role. They will be proficient in English and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
