Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and be proficient in English. They will work 40 hours per week and be a permanent employee.
