We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CAN-ESL. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare meeting minutes and reports
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Dental and health care plans
- Free parking available
- Permanent full-time position
- 30-40 hours per week
