Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing office procedures and routines to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Compiling data and statistics to support business decisions
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
